Brandon WJ Deacon, REALTOR®
I am a proud veteran of the United States Air Force with a documented 25-year record of consistent award-winning superior performance. I fundamentally embrace the core values of integrity, service, and excellence; I pledge to uphold these values when working with all clients, customers, agents, and transaction stakeholders. In serving YOU with accomplishing YOUR real estate goals, I will leverage my extensive experience in shaping complex negotiations, navigating dynamic circumstances, and building lasting relationships, all with an exceptional attention to detail!
My vision is to be THE real estate agent of choice in New Hampshire, without exception. Whether you have decided to buy or sell a home or land, or if you are still considering options, my mission is to foster a lasting alliance, earn your business, and be YOUR trusted real estate advisor of choice. To accomplish that mission, I will provide you with unparalleled professional advice and services centered on your realty needs and desires at all times. If someone you know is considering buying or selling New Hampshire real estate, the favor of your referral is humbly appreciated so that I may also provide them with similar exceptional treatment and be THEIR agent of choice!
The real estate world in New Hampshire is experiencing many new challenges; but, along with those challenges come many new opportunities. Could now be the right time to sell? The right time to buy? The right time to build? The right time to wait? No matter your circumstances, thoughts, or reservations, call me for a casual and candid discussion of your possible options, risks, and rewards in this dynamic new environment.
I have bought, sold, and owned personal and investment properties in six states, and I am versed in the unique challenges associated with in-person and absentee purchase and sale transactions, landlord-tenant agreements, and military and cross-country moves. A native of southern New Hampshire, growing up in an old home established my love for colonial New England architecture. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University (the Military College of Vermont) and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and I have extensive training and experience in leadership, management, and risk assessment and mitigation. When I’m not assisting clients and customers, I enjoy gardening and managing the family farmstead raising chickens, turkeys, and guineas with my wife and children. I satisfy my love for flying and continued patriotic service by volunteering my spare time with the Civil Air Patrol.
"Proud VETERAN, honored to serve YOU!"
